Yes. The free core validates VAT against VIES, applies reverse charge on both checkouts, keeps selling when VIES is down, and logs every check. Pro is about automation, exporting your audit trail, and scale.
How does the refund work?
Pro comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If it is not right for your store, contact support within 14 days for a full refund. See the refund policy.
Do you handle EU VAT on my purchase?
Yes. Our payment provider acts as merchant of record and handles invoicing and EU VAT on the sale, so you receive a proper invoice.
What happens when my licence expires?
The plugin keeps working. A licence gives you Pro updates, automatic re-checks, and support for the period you are subscribed.
