If VAT Sentinel Pro is not right for your store, contact support within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund. You do not need to explain why.

How to request a refund

Use the support page within 14 days of purchase and include your order or licence details. Refunds are processed by our payment provider, which acts as merchant of record for the sale.

After 14 days

After the 14-day window, a subscription can be cancelled at any time to stop future renewals. The plugin continues to work; an active licence is what provides Pro updates, automatic re-checks, and support.

The free version

The free core involves no payment, so no refund is needed. It remains available from the plugin directory.

This policy is provided for convenience. Your statutory consumer rights, where they apply, are unaffected.
